The project “Two steps and ... beyond” aims at defining, designing and implementing a walking trail in the crossborder area beginning at the Italian schools located in the area under the authority of the Didactic Department of Tarvisio and continuing on to embrace the schools on the Slovenian territories of the municipalities of Bovec and Kranjska gora. Through a number of cultural, sports and environmental entertainment activities, the project aims at deepening mutual knowledge and enhancing cross-border mobility. The goal of this project is to educate through various activities and proposals offered by the various project partners in order to fine-tune the achievement of set objectives. Activities include the exchange of good practices and experiences in the preparatory and project phases for the teachers of the schools that are partners in the project as well as the joint organisation of meetings among participating schools and events and other initiatives for the project’s intended recipients. Specific didactic and promotional material will also be made available to carry out the activities envisaged. Lastly a multimedia, multilingual CD-Rom will be created.
