All organisations taking part at this project have great competences to provide great amount of help. Kepder (KULTUR EGITIM ve PROJE DERNEGI) is Turkish organisation with expierience in a field of helping imigrants. They have been supporting Syrian imigrants for a few years. Ukrainian organisation will provide native Ukrainian speakers that will be able to communicate fuently with imigrants and will be great polish teachers. KS Beniaminek 03 will be resposible for whole organisation process, providing food and accomodation to volunteers. In our project we want to focus on most crucial matter in volontiring - helping. We will be trying to provide psychological, medical and law help to every Ukrainian imigrant that decided to live in Starogard Gdański and aroundings. Our volunteers will be focusing on teaching younglings new langauge which will greatly increase adaptation level. In the other hand we will try to provide quality events to Ukrainian people, to let them feel more comfortable in Poland. We will be focusing on sport events, but not only. We also want to give Ukrainians chance to have contact with their own culture. We will be encouraging people with lower chances to take part in this project. We aim to 60% paricipants to be volonteers from smaller cities or villages.
