Specifically, it includes 0.72km of T112# road (Xijinxi Road ~ Mars Street Section), 0.69km of T194# Road (Xijinxi Road - Mars Street Section), T196# Road (Western Xixi Road - West Section of Guazhou Road) 0.234km, B123 #?(West Section of Guazhou Road, Hewanbao East Street to Dunhuang Road) 2.736km, S129# Road (Mars Street, Hewanbao East Street to Dunhuang Road) 2.48km. SPV is Lanzhou Zhengda Pipe Gallery Project Management Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (2.4%), Lanzhou Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd. (1.6%), Gansu Yinyin Capital Management Co., Ltd. (66%) and the state-owned Lanzhou Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Co., Ltd. (30%). Type of concession is BOT and contract period is 30 years.
