Description | Within the scope of project implementation, a comprehensive pipe gallery under 7 roads will be built. The total length of the pipe gallery is 15.2km and there are 9 sub-control rooms in the area. The entrance pipelines are 7 types of electricity, communication, water supply, reclaimed water, heat, gas and sewage. The pipeline and cabin are 3-4 cabins, including 0.85km for S084, 5.79km for Nanbinhe Road, 2.85km for S095, 3.48km for B091, 1.04km for T088, 0.66km for B096 and T098 0.53km. SPV is Lanzhou Zhengji Pipe Gallery Project Management Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors China Power Construction Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd. (42%), China Water Resources and Hydropower Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (28%) and the state-owned Lanzhou Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Co., Ltd. (30%). BOT is the type of concession with a contract period of 30 years.
