Description	Within the scope of project implementation, a comprehensive pipe gallery under 7 roads will be built. The total length of the pipe gallery is 15.2km and there are 9 sub-control rooms in the area. (42%), China Water Resources and Hydropower Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (28%) and the state-owned Lanzhou Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Co., Ltd. (30%). BOT is the type of concession with a contract period of 30 years.
