Description

PNK Group plans to develop up to four data centers in a business park along Route 15 in Union County, Pennsylvania. One data center will retrofit part of a nearly 500,000 square-foot building originally constructed as a warehouse/distribution center, while the other three will be in new buildings. The project includes building a 69-kilovolt electric substation and implementing a closed loop water system to minimize water usage. The development aims to deliver up to 300 megawatts of data center capacity across approximately 1.5 million square feet. The project requires a zoning ordinance amendment by Gregg Township, with a hearing scheduled for May 4, 2026. The retrofit phase is planned for 2027, with construction of new buildings in 2029. PNK Group has pledged funds for a new fire engine and a $2 million community fund.
