Description | A proposed data center campus in the Great Stream Commons business park north of Allenwood, Union County. The project involves retrofitting an existing 478,000-square-foot building, originally constructed as a warehouse or distribution center, into a data center. The campus will eventually include four one-story buildings totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet with up to 300 megawatts of power delivered in phases. The project is planned in two phases, with the retrofit targeted for the second and third quarters of 2027, and construction of the other three data centers planned for about 2029. |
