Description | PNK Group plans to retrofit an existing 478,000-square-foot building in Great Stream Commons north of Allenwood into a data center, subject to zoning changes and permits. The project includes a four-building data center campus planned in two phases, with the first phase retrofitting the existing building targeted for the second and third quarters of 2027, and construction of three additional data centers planned for about 2029. The completed campus will occupy approximately 1.5 million square feet with up to 300 megawatts of power delivered in phases. |
