Description | The Licking Regional Water District (LRWD) has completed Phase 1 of the Union Township Water Line Project in Licking County. This phase extends new water infrastructure from Gale Road along U.S. 40 and south to the Interstate 70 interchange, providing reliable water service to the Luray community in Union Township. The project was funded through economic development incentives to avoid passing costs onto existing customers. Phase 2 is in design to extend service further, and Phase 3 will introduce sanitary sewer service to the area. |
