GridMarket and Deployable Energy have partnered to commercialize Deployable Energy's Unity Nuclear Battery, a next-generation nuclear power solution designed to provide resilient, zero-emission electricity for data centers, hyperscalers, and other energy-intensive infrastructure projects across the United States. The partnership includes a committed pilot project and aims to deploy over 3 GW of clean nuclear capacity through 2035, targeting 500 MW of capacity each year starting in 2030. The project supports the commercialization and deployment of modular microreactors that deliver electricity, heat, and cooling in a single system, reducing water intensity and enabling rapid deployment.
