The Universal Access in Facility to Enhance Cultural Programming project (the Project) consists of upgrades to improve the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre’s customer experience. The Project scope involves: • the construction of a new accessible family washroom in the facility; • the upgrading all 3 sets of washrooms and 1 set of change rooms/showers in the facility for greater accessibility; • the upgrading of all showers and change rooms for greater accessibility; and • the addition of a new accessible elevator on the facility’s second floor.
