Description | University Hospital in Newark has initiated a major redevelopment project in partnership with Rutgers University. The project includes construction of a new Administrative and Clinical Facility building (ADMB) with parking, expected to open in 2027. A second building, the Medical Office Building, is planned to begin construction in 2026 to house outpatient clinics, physician offices, and administrative services. The existing Doctors Office Center and adjacent parking deck will be demolished to make way for a future clinical tower attached to the hospital. |
