The building features a modern design with heavy use of glass and angled architecture, intended to be a prominent feature along Bay Street and visible from Interstate 95. The project is part of an initial $287.5 million phase of construction, with funding from the city, state, and private donors. Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate has been selected as the developer, with a team including Clark Construction, Auld & White Constructors, OJB Landscape Architecture, HOK, PQH Group Design, England-Thims Miller, and Coastal Connections Group. |
