Description

Description

The project involves the design, development, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the University of Florida Student Housing Redevelopment – Phase One, a major on-campus residential community in Gainesville, Florida. The first phase will deliver 2,217 student beds across four residence hall buildings totaling more than 680,000 square feet, replacing aging housing facilities on the former Trusler, Simpson, and Graham residence hall site. In addition to student accommodation, the project includes the construction of an 18,000-square-foot Disability Resource Center that will expand accessibility and support services for students. The new community will feature modern residential amenities, collaborative study spaces, dining and social areas, and outdoor gathering spaces designed to enhance student life while supporting the University of Florida's long-term plan to modernize campus housing and increase on-campus living capacity.
