Description | The University of Nevada is constructing a 72,000-square foot indoor fieldhouse adjacent to the southeast entrance of Mackay Stadium. The facility will feature 110 yards of indoor turf and recreation space to support club and intramural sports, wellness activities, and provide critical practice areas for various university teams and community events. The project was approved by the NSHE Board of Regents in June 2025, with groundbreaking in August 2025 and an estimated completion date in October 2026. |
