In addition, studies and work for the implementation of IT monitoring and alert tools, more specifically a tool for the automated management of driver performance and a tool for the automated management of double shifts. This upgrade of safety equipment and IT monitoring and alert tools will improve transport service operations by facilitating better control of activities and feedback to improve service. |
