The project involves modernizing the cafeteria at the Institut national de psychiatrie légale Philippe-Pinel to better meet the sanitary standards required by public health and the MSSS, and to ensure a safe environment for employees. The scope of the project includes: increasing the size of the cafeteria to accommodate social distancing, redesigning the cafeteria facilities to separate the entrance from the exit, making ad hoc modifications to the layout to facilitate universal accessibility in the event of a pandemic (bathroom, entrances/exits, etc.), adding devices to facilitate social distancing, adding devices to facilitate hygiene (hand-washing stations, etc.). Modernizing and upgrading this health infrastructure will support efforts to respond to the pandemic and facilitate economic recovery.
