Upgrades to the generator PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) at various lake-based water transmission facilities to eliminate legacy PLC controllers and to standardize PAIDS programming across the Region’s lake-based water transmission system. The following systems need hardware upgrades and recommissioned completely to ensure a reliable emergency power supply: Streetsville Pumping Station, Airport Road Pumping Station, Herridge Pumping Station, East Brampton Pumping Station, and the Hanlan Pumping Station. The following sites need to reprogrammed: West Brampton Pumping Station, Tullamore Pumping Station, Meadowvale Pumping Station, and Beckett Sproule Pumping Station.
