Upgrades to the washrooms

The project aims to repair the washrooms at the Centre d’hébergement Marie-Anne Ouellet and will improve ergonomics and make the living environment of the long-term care center compliant. The scope of the project will include the installation of sanitary devices better suited to customers with a loss of autonomy, i.e. baths, showers, toilets, sinks, repair of coverings and partitions (floors, ceilings and walls), replacement of associated mechanical components (including plumbing), as well as upgrading of the bathroom ventilation system. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure.
