Description
Description | Identified through the 2013 Master Servicing Plan this project includes the upgrade of approximately 1,186 meters of 450mm sewer on Greenwich Drive and Icomm Drive from the Greenwich sewage pump station (SPS) to west of Clarence St. South. The existing 300mm sewer poses existing capacity constraints as well as limits future growth within the downtown core (to 2031). The sewer on Greenwich Drive collects flow from approximately 1000 properties from West Brantford. The majority of the properties are single detached and multi-family residences with a small portion of commercial and industrial properties. |
