Currently the perimeter fence around the lagoon is a 4 foot high farm fence making it easy for hunters and others to trespass on the property. Frost has lifted two of the corner posts and some wildlife are coming under the fence. Foxes, skunks and the occasional bear have been seen on the inside of the fence. Description
Description | Currently the perimeter fence around the lagoon is a 4 foot high farm fence making it easy for hunters and others to trespass on the property. Frost has lifted two of the corner posts and some wildlife are coming under the fence. Foxes, skunks and the occasional bear have been seen on the inside of the fence. The open water at the lagoon is of great concern for public safety. The lagoon is located a short distance on the outskirts of town and it is not under supervision 24/7. We propose to install 1600 meters of a 6 feet high chain link fence complete with gates to secure the property. |
