Upgrading of the stairwells of the St-Paul Pavilion

The project aims to upgrade a stairwell up to standards and to partially repair a second stairwell in the St-Paul pavilion of the Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne. The work consists of the replacement of interior finishes to ensure the duration of fire resistance, the replacement of frames, doors and hardware elements and the addition of magnetic retainers, the replacement of exit signs, upgrading emergency lighting and replacement of guardrails and handrails. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading the quality of school infrastructure.
