Description | The Uppal Flyover project connects Uppal Ring Road to Narapally on the eastern side of Hyderabad. The project commenced nearly eight years ago along the Yadagirigutta–Bhuvanagiri–Warangal highway and faced significant delays due to financial and administrative challenges. The current government prioritized its completion, replaced the earlier contractor with a more capable agency, and is committed to completing the project by 2026 Dussehra. The flyover will be the second-largest in Hyderabad after the PV Narasimha Rao Expressway. Additionally, a 1.4 km flyover from Uppal to DSL Mall is also being prioritized for timely completion. |
