Description	The project involves the investment, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone (Toutunhe District) North Station Road (Bagang Road-Airport Expressway) in located in Urumqi Economic and Technological Economic Development Zone (Toutunhe District), Urumqi, Xinjiang, China. The SPV is called Urumqi Xinxiang Construction Babei Project Investment Management Co., Ltd and owned by Hunan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. with a 95% stake and state-owned Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. with 5% stake. The project cost amounts to CNY 36.22 mllion or $ 5.1 million.
