Description | The Illinois Department of Transportation is undertaking a project to reconstruct the intersection of U.S. 20 and Illinois 73 in Lena. The project includes grading, culvert replacement, adding turn lanes, and installing traffic signals. Improvements will also be made to U.S. 20 from Rees Road to about a half-mile west of Illinois 73, and to Illinois 73 just north and south of U.S. 20. The work is expected to take one construction season to complete, with various stages of temporary road closures and detours planned. |
