US Tariffs on China-built Ship-to-Shore Cranes

The proposal has faced opposition from US port operators and terminal operators who argue that such tariffs will not create domestic manufacturing capacity quickly and will increase costs for public port authorities. The tariffs build on previous 25% tariffs imposed in Spring 2024.
