USAID Educating the Future Program

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Georgia (USAID/Georgia or USAID) is in the process of designing a new activity to implement the USAID Educating the Future Activity. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a request for a proposal or an application. It should not be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation or make an award, nor does it commit USAID to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any comments. Any funding proposals or applications submitted in response to this request will not be considered. All materials submitted will become the property of the USAID/Georgia and will not be returned. USAID reserves the right to use the information provided by respondents for USAID’s own purposes. While it is not the intention to make public any response to this request, proprietary and sensitive information must not be sent. Responding to this RFI will not give an advantage to an organization in any subsequent procurement. Only responses in English will be accepted. Information, comments, and suggestions received will be reviewed and may be incorporated into future solicitation(s) but USAID will not provide direct responses to any individual submissions, and will not publicly release the responses. This is an advance notice that USAID/Georgia intends to post a Notice of Funding Opportunity in the near future. This RFI is issued for the purpose of providing stakeholders an opportunity to review and provide comments on the attached draft Program Description. If you would like to provide comments, please submit no more than six pages via e-mail to egamezardashvili@usaid.gov and rcocaucasus@usaid.gov. Responses (comments, suggestions, and enhancements) to this request are due to the Regional Contracting Office identified above by 10:00 AM (Georgia time); July 5, 2022. Respondents shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their response. Electronic submissions, in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat formats are acceptable.
