Description | The UTS Business School building, popularly known as the 'paper bag building', was designed by world-famous architect Frank Gehry. The project involved designing and constructing a new building on the site of the old Dairy Farmers warehouse in Ultimo, Sydney, to reflect a transformative vision for business education. Gehry's approach was to design from the inside out, focusing on the functionality of internal spaces and collaborative research and teaching areas. The building was completed on time and on budget, opening in 2015 as Gehry's only building in the southern hemisphere. |
