Description | The Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) has initiated a project to redevelop 49 major bus stations across the state to world-class standards. The project aims to enhance passenger safety, cleanliness, digital information systems, organized parking, commercial complexes, and allied services to develop smart and sustainable infrastructure. It will be implemented under a public-private partnership (PPP) and DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer) model, with private investment and no direct capital expenditure from the state government. |
