SCU on the 4th and 5th floors have ductboard instead of sheet metal. The ductboard has detiorated and has collapsed and holes in places. All of the ductboard needs to be removed and replaced with sheet metal for supply and return. To replace the ductboard we either need to take down half a floor and replace or come up with a plan to create a temp duct system to route around our area of work.Patien
