Main objective : The VIP project aims to grant workers with disabilities the same rights as those given to employees in a common environment, especially in the fields of skills recognition and learning and experience enhancement. In this way, the VIP project is fully in line with national and european priority policies regarding disability. This project aims to promote a safe integration of workers with disabilities in ordinary or adapted environments, by giving them access to the plan of professional skills identification and recognition, under the best possible conditions. The project also offers to create a network of British and French organisations specialized in the support and care of workers with disabilities. Main actions : The project consists of 3 axes: - Training engineering: tools conception (evaluation and recognition of skills learning kit) - Technical implementation of the experiment: implementation in the field of the tools and methods and experimentation with target audience - Dissemination of the tool: work on the tool expansion and transferability in France and in the UK
