Description | This project consists of laying an internal layer of fiberglass inside the sewer pipes on Dupont Street in Vallée-des-Rivières (formerly Saint-Léonard), New Brunswick. The existing clay pipes are in very poor condition. Fiberglass covering will be installed over a distance of 425 metres of clay pipes that are in very poor conditions. This project is expected to prevent water infiltration and possible breakage, which will be beneficial to the environment and long-term cost savings for the municipality. |
