Valley Drive Sanitary Sewer Relining

Relining of 200 mm and 250 mm diameter concrete sanitary pipe utilizing cured-in place pipe no dig technology. The current concrete pipe installed in the 1960’s is exhibiting interior spalling and loss of interior surface as observed in the most recent CCTV inpsections. The adjoining watermain is in good condition and the road surface has been repaved within the last 3 years making this project an excellent choice for rehabilitation. There is a nursing home and a partial portion of a school campus that utilizes this sanitary sewer. With the school campus that consists of two elementary schools, one high school and a school board office in close proximity to the pipe being proposed for relining, a no dig technology is well suited to keep disruption to a minimum and maximize access to these school facilities in addition to the nursing home during construction along with the approximately 75 residential homes fronting this specific sanitary sewer.
