"Sport is a powerful catalyst for character development, social inclusion, and leadership growth. Project VALUES harnesses the transformative power of sport to instill essential virtues—respect, integrity, teamwork, and leadership—among adolescent female athletes. Through collaboration with sports organizations, this initiative will establish the ""Sport for Values"" Quality Mark, a certification framework designed to recognize and promote inclusive, values-driven sports programs that embed character development into their training methodologies. Aligned with Erasmus+ priorities on inclusion, gender equality, and education through sport, Project VALUES will develop a replicable and scalable model that can be adapted across diverse sports disciplines and cultural contexts. By creating a framework for recognition and the exchange of best practices, this project aims to position sport as a force for social good, ensuring that young female athletes are not only equipped to excel in their sport but also empowered with the values and leadership skills to thrive in life. Project objectives: Establish the ""Sport for Values"" Quality Mark, a certification framework that identifies and promotes sports clubs committed to fostering inclusivity, ethical leadership, and values-based education in their programs. Empower coaches and club leaders by equipping them with innovative training methodologies that seamlessly integrate leadership development, character-building, and social values into their coaching and management practices. Strengthen the capacity and sustainability of grassroots sports organizations by providing structured development frameworks, training resources, and formal recognition through the ""Sport for Values"" Quality Mark, ensuring that clubs offer high-quality, inclusive, and values-driven sports programs that foster long-term athlete engagement and community impact.
