The project will integrate a vanadium flow battery of up to 1.5 GWh capacity, believed to be the world’s largest to date, with plans to expand to 2.1 GWh in later phases. The system supports renewable energy integration and grid stabilisation at the site. Invinity will enter the engineering phase through 2026 and 2027, with anticipated purchase orders and phased manufacturing of datacentre-optimised VFB modules. |
