Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens Clubhouse Redevelopment

under construction

The Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens is undergoing a major redevelopment project to transform its headquarters into a state-of-the-art, 125,000 square-foot facility. The new clubhouse will feature amenities such as a planetarium, aquatics center, hockey rink, theater, and dance studio. The project also includes a 236-unit, carbon-neutral affordable housing development with units reserved for youth aging out of foster care and a dedicated children’s mental health center. The redevelopment aims to increase the organization's capacity to serve up to 16,000 children annually and become the largest Boys and Girls Club in the U.S.
