Description
Description | The Vaughn Public Library, originally opened in 1888, is undergoing extensive interior renovations including installation of new floors, walls, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The project also includes framework for a new staircase, improved lighting, heating, cooling, electricity, connectivity, a community gathering space, dedicated areas for children and teens, expanded library collections space, and a new entrance. Library operations are temporarily relocated to the former CESA 12 building attached to the Beaser School building. The renovation is the first major investment since the early 1980s. |
