Description | ReaRCo Private Limited acquired the stalled Vayu@KVD Wind Park residential project in Greater Noida West through the insolvency resolution process. The project, originally launched by KV Developers, had been stalled since around 2017-2018. ReaRCo secured funding of ₹195.50 crore from the SWAMIH Fund to complete construction. Construction is underway on five towers with nearly 650 units, targeting possession by the end of 2026. The project has been repositioned with changes in amenities and residential planning, including a reduction in the number of units and addition of service rooms, a tower club, terrace garden, café, infinity swimming pool, and valet parking. Commercial areas have been reorganized with plans for a clubhouse above the commercial section. The two remaining towers are planned for future development. |
