SPV is Vazante I Energias Renováveis S.A, a subsidiary of Omega Energia Renovavel (50 %) and EDF Energies Nouvelles SA (50 %). The sponsors covers $ 24.06 million of the total cost while the rest is provided as bond financing issued by BNDES ($ 23.55 million). The project was awarded a 20 years PPA back in 2014 with Agencia Nacional de Energia Eletrica, a Brazilian government entity.
