Description | The project entails the construction of Vazante II Wind Farm, part of Pirapora Phase III Wind Complex in Minas Gerais, Brazil. SPV is Vazante II Energias Renováveis S.A, a subsidiary of Omega Energia Renovavel (50 %) and EDF Energies Nouvelles SA (50 %). The project was awarded a 20 years PPA back in 2014 with Agencia Nacional de Energia Eletrica, a Brazilian government entity.
