Repair and rehabilitate Burlington Transit Facilities, specifically the Operations Centre to include : * Equipment enhancements at the Transit Operations Centre which would replace aging equipment to maintain transit vehicles The Burlington Transit Operations Centre requires funding for the ongoing renewal to various aged building systems to maintain the facilities in an operational state. The scope of the project includes: * Transit Ops Centre: Vehicle Hydraulic Hoist Replacement, Twinning of fuel storage tanks and dispensing pump, and new unleaded fuel system for increased fleet requiring unleaded fuel. The project will add equipment and enhance the Transit facilities to extend the function of the facilities and will ensure safety of the building and vehicles with this equipment. The project involves the acquisition of 2 new hydraulic lifts and 2 new diesel fuel dispensing pumps with 2 new dispensing nozzles for the underground fuel tank and one above ground unleaded fuel storage tank . The scope of work also includes engineering services to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and acknowledgement signature/stamp upon completion.
