Ventnor City Bayside Outfall Replacement

Replace the existing stormwater outfalls located in the bayside bulkhead on Portland Avenue. The existing stormwater outfalls consist of two 6-inch square penetrations in the bulkhead. The penetrations are located at the elevation of the roadway, where they allow stormwater that is collected along the curb line to flow directly out the bulkhead. The application is seeking authorization to permit one 24-inch diameter stormwater outfall pipe through the bulkhead.
