This project involves the construction of the Ventos de São Vítor Wind Complex phase 1, located in municipalities in state of Bahia. The Ventos de São Vítor Wind Complex phase 1 project involves the construction of 7 wind farms (half of the total) with specific SPV for each one of them - Ventos de São Vitor Energias Renováveis S.A 1, 3, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14. This project aims at the installation of 38 wind turbines with total energy generation output of 235 MW. The Ventos de São Vítor Wind Complex phase 1 is part of the whole project of 14 wind farms with total capacity of 465 MW. Patria Investimentos is the company behind the renewable energy platform Essentia Energia responsible for the construction and development of the project. The investment for the project is provided with a loan from the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES). The total project cost is $124m (BRL 655m).
