Venturing into Milk Processing

The principle activity of fruitful Beverages Limited is currently the production of Juice product, however the Company intends to diversify its product range to include milk products. The investment sough after is in form on minority shareholding. Proceeds from the investment will be used to establish a new production facility with new machinery and equipment for milk processing. The Company’s narrow objectives are as follows:- 1. To employ a total of 80 persons between year 1 and 4. 2. To produce 504,000 litres minimum of milk and milk related products in year 1 and to increase it to 2,016,000 litres by year 4.
