Objectives - Strengthen knowledge on/enhancement of victims rights implementation, research - Focus on a) development of working methods transferable to EU/SAP/ENP States; b) exchange of information among target groups/final beneficiaries; c) development of EU-wide information tool; d) capacity building seminars to target groups; e) strengthening cooperation between authorities-civil society; f) dissemination of information; g) drafting EU legislation effectiveness analysis Activities - Effectiveness analysis of EU instruments - Trainings (professional multipliers) - Drafting Guide to Victims’ Rights - Establishing VictimSupport Atlas - Collecting Member States’ data on support mechanisms and public and private institutions - Developing psychosocial accompaniment concept - Editing/publishing Journal Article - Conference Type and number of persons benefiting from the project Employees of authorities, Courts, Police, Prosecutors; CR-Defenders, Victim Support Providers, Lawyers; Associations of those; Victims.
