Description | The proposed project will upgrade the Oaklands Community Centre with new heat recovery ventilator and heat pumps, replacement electric heaters, and upgraded building control system. The project will increase the energy efficiency of buildings by switching the Community Centre’s heating fuel from natural gas to cleaner grid electricity. The project works include: - heat recovery ventilator and heat pump(s); - replacement heating and ventilation control systems and building automation system interface; - replacement electric heaters; - removal of gas-fired rooftop air handling unit; - and site work, mechanical, electrical, control/monitoring, signage, and other related works and appurtenances. |
