The plant includes 72 wind turbine generators and will be located in south-east area of Buzau County, Romania. The purpose of the planned project is to generate electricity using a renewable energy source – wind. The Borrower is First Look Solutions S.A., a special purpose vehicle incorporated in Romania, established for the sole purpose of implementing the Project.
