Description	The Village of Pouce Coupe (Village) is looking to implement a long-term Integrated Asset Management Program which includes the development of geographical information systems (GIS) and mapping services. The project will involved data collection for water and sewer infrastructure, updating GIS mapping of all Village infrastructure, providing online access to the Village mapping systems, creating a risk and condition assessment review for water and sewer infrastructure, a review of water usage to assess losses and leakage in the system and initiating strategic planning and priorities to implement a 5 or 10 year capital plan.
