Description | The Village of Bath in New York State has been awarded funding for 11 revitalization projects under the Downtown Revitalization Initiative and NY Forward programs. These projects include upgrading Pulteney Park, enhancing pedestrian walkways in Downtown Bath, creating a small project fund for local businesses, constructing new Carriage House-style apartments, establishing a tap room and restaurant, improving retail and incubator spaces, creating a branding and marketing plan, transforming the Chat-A-Whyle Restaurant, improving the American Legion building, establishing the Bath YMCA and Waterman Arts Center, and modernizing upper floor apartments and facades. |
