Description | The main objective of the project is to provide sufficient wastewater storage to comply with provincial and federal regulations. The Village’s existing wastewater treatment lagoon does not have sufficient storage capacity for their population and requires expansion of their lagoon’s secondary cell by approximately 13,500 m3. The project also involves the rehabilitation of the existing cells and a redesign of the valves and piping between cells. The output of this project is an expanded storage cell and an improved lagoon that will not exceed effluent discharge limits. |
